Leap Accountant/Administrator

This position would suit a mature aged person who is either returning to the workforce after a family, or who would like to rejoin the workforce after early retirement.

Based in North Parramatta and convenient to local transport and parking, we are offering a position with flexible hours and good remuneration.

What do we need from you?

• Experience with Leap legal accounting packages
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and a helpful personality
• Good team working relationships
• An aptitude and willingness to continually learn
• Flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks and work without supervision

Receptionist/Office Junior

• Answer phone and transfer call to appropriate person
• Fax, file, post in and out, photocopying
• Prepare & post customer statements
• Typing, word processing, data entry as required
• Must be a team player
• Maintaining stationery, kitchen & bathroom supplies
• Working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Will take Mature Year 10 leaver.
